I am not really sure it's a Black Willow. That's my guess based on the shape of the leaves, the way it grows, and these catkins that are open now. They start out black, then open white or yellow with some rose. I was surprised at the delicate range of colors on these when I looked at the photo. They are really beautiful, aren't they?
